Yes. All of our deals are "open" for purchase.

How do I redeem my purchase ?

Since our deals are brought directly from the provider; it is as simple as contacting the providing business to redeem. Each business will know who has purchased the items or services.

Is my purchase transferable to someone else ?

Yes it is ! Simply contact the business to arrange the transfer.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or cannot use the service ?

If a merchant or venue refuses or is unable to honor any purchase, Sportslashers.com will refund the amount paid upon a request in the original form of payment or will offer a credit towards future purchases. If you need a refund or have a question, simply call (502) 439-8312. Please leave a message and provide your receipt number, name, and request. We will return your message as soon as we research your purchase.
